They had paid a staggering $1865 for the highly anticipated event, only to discover that two additional rows had been added in front of their assigned seats.
They Wanted an Explanation
The disappointed fans quickly sought an explanation from guest services, who attributed the seating change to a mistake by the promoter.

The couple thinks the seats they ended up with actually cost hundreds of dollars less. Unfortunately, the pair’s attempts to rectify the situation proved futile.

However, the fans debunked the claim that the additional rows were reserved for Taylor Swift’s friends and family, as the singer reportedly had a separate area designated for her personal guests.
